Shipping & Handling

Muslim Swimwear orders will be shipped right after we have received the swimsuit from our factory*.

In the unlikely event that we cannot fill your order as requested we will allow you to select any another product of equal value or you will get a 100% REFUND.

If a product arrives to you and is faulty, please return it to us and we will replace it (not refund it). Please Note: If the Islamic swimsuit has been returned and is found to have become faulty through misuse, neglect or willful damage then we will NOT replace the product without cost.

*In the school holidays there can be small delays as the factory is dealing with extraordinary many  orders.

Customs duty and taxes
Some countries may impose duty or taxes on imported goods. These charges are calculated upon receipt of your shipment by the local customs. It remains the responsibility of each purchaser to pay any import charges required. We advise you to enquire with your customs department for rates and limits. Customs is a government agency responsible for regulating shipments entering a country or region. All shipments being sent to and from a country or region must clear customs first. It's always buyer's responsibilities to clear customs and pay the relevant custom duties.
If you have to pay import taxes and/or additional duties and sales taxes, then you would have to pay that to the courier upon receipt of the package(s). We can't calculate this for you and there is no way to pre-pay it. But we do our best by preparing the paperwork necessary for customs for a non delay release.

In the interest of providing an excellent and secure service to its clients, Muslim Swimwear will NEVER sell, distribute or otherwise give your personal details to any non-involved third party for any purpose.

We will NEVER give your email address to any advertiser, email list, marketing company or any such other party.

Payment is via PayPal, which uses the worlds most advanced fraud prevention system and most secure payment method in the world. PayPal is accepted by thousands of businesses worldwide and is the preferred payment method on eBay. Its FREE for buyers to use.

Please note: Muslim Swimwear does not store credit card numbers in our system.

All information provided to us by you will be stored in a secure operating environment and not available to anyone other than the people directly involved in the management of your account.

Muslim Swimwear only charges you what is seen on the order screen, i.e. goods subtotal + shipping cost.

Return Policy

We are proud to stand behind our products of Islamic swimsuits. If you are unsatisfied with the size then please return the unworn swimsuit to us for an exchange to another size from S - XXL.

All Returns operate on a 30 days return to Base policy. This means that if the customer requires a replacement, they must return the product to us via our postal address and we will issue a replacement. However, please keep it in the same condition and packaging that you have received it in. Please note that altered or modified products will not be refunded or exchanged.

The cost of returning the unwanted items will be borned by the customer. In order to avoid returns, please check your size carefully using the size guide.
